Ingredients


FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince

Thawed

180 gm

Water

1/2 cup

Vegan Fish Sauce

1/2 tbl

Roasted Rice Powder

2 tbl

Culantro

, Thinly Sliced

1/4 cup

Mint

, Leaves Torn

1/4 cup

Lime Juice

1 tbl

Chili Powder

1 tsp

Dry Chili

6 pcs

Romain or Butter Lettuce

, Larger leaves separated and washed pcs

8-10 pcs

Directions

Heat oil over medium high heat

Sauté FIRST PRIDE Cooked Mince for 4-5 minutes. Add in water and stir until water has been cooked out and mince is in smaller pieces.

Remove from heat

Add in chilli powder, vegan fish sauce and mix thoroughly

Add lime juice, spring onion, dry chilli, and mint leave. Mix well.

Add roasted rice powder and mix well.

Put the Larb mix on dried lettuce leaves and serve.
