In a large bowl, combine the sugar, lime juice/zest, soy sauce and vinegar.

Add in the julliened mango, red onion, chili, mint, cilantro and basil. Toss to mix until thoroughly combined. Flavor can vary depending on the sweetness of the mango, taste for seasoning and adjust as desired.
