160 gm

Cooked Sticky Rice

200 gm

Egg

2 pcs

Light Soy Sauce

20 ml

Spring Onion

, Thinly Sliced

50 gm

Black Pepper

3 gm

Mint

, Leafs Picked

Thai Basil

, Leafs Picked

Cilantro

, Leafs Picked

Cucumber

, Thinly Sliced

50 gm

Red Onion

, Thinly Sliced

Tomato

, Thinly Sliced

50 ml

Toothpick / Small Skewers (optional)

Directions

With wet hands, form sticky rice into small balls same size as FIRST PRIDE Larb Balls and flatten into small patties.

Prepare FIRST PRIDE Larb Balls as per instructions on pack.

Heat vegetable oil in a flat bottom pan over medium-low heat.

Beat eggs together with soy sauce, spring onion and black pepper.

Dip or brush the sticky rice patties with the egg and place in the pan.

Cook for 1 minutes and flip, cooking for an additional 1 minute.

Set aside on a kitchen / paper towel.

In a medium bowl combine the herbs, cucumber and red onion.

Place herb mixture on top of the rice patty, top with one tomato slice.

Top with FIRST PRIDE Larb Balls and skewer through the center with a toothpick if desired.
